This older balcony has seen better days. We shall replace this similar to the original size & shape. We will also add our modern touch to it and install proper footings.
After
We built a new slightly larger 8×12 balcony using Deckorators Voyage Decking & Fascia systems. The railings are Westbury Tuscany in black. We also added proper frost footings for bearing and uplift.
Warber's Hot Tub Deck

The client would enjoy a modern deck, capable of supporting an 8×8 hot tub with several people. The project would also include a new concrete patio.

This wonderful deck is a 14×32 with an 8×8 hot tub. We had this project engineered. We used Deckorators Voyage Decking, offering a 30% more slip-resistant surface.
